Shipping and Packaging Rates
Shipping and packaging charges will be added to your purchase based on the total weight of your order, including packaging. Products are shipped by UPS unless otherwise requested. Orders received after 3pm Eastern time will be processed the following business day.
Fees: - Ground: We have a discounted rate and the actual amount is charged. Web Store orders show shipping amount on the final order page. Our Sales Representatives will quote shipping prices for phone orders. Shipments are made from zip code 32934.
- 1st and 2nd Day Air Available: If the WebStore does not offer the shipping method you prefer, give us a call and we'll help you.
- HI, AK, PR: Special shipping policies apply. Give us a call for details.
- Packaging Charge: $2.00 per box, up to 6 units fit inside one standard box
- COD Tags: $10.50 per tagged box

- Orders placed after 3 pm, M-F and on weekends, ship the next business day from our warehouse in FL, zip code 32934.

- Days indicated are business days, Mon-Fri only. The day your order ships DOES NOT count as a time-in-transit day. Start counting AFTER the day it ships. (Note: Shipping days refer to business days only, Mon-Fri, not Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.)

- 3 Day Select - Arrives at the end of the day, 3 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Tuesday, arrives on Friday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Wednesday etc.
- 2nd Day Air - Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Wednesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Tuesday etc.
- Next Day Air - Arrives by the afternoon on the next business day after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Tuesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Monday etc.

Orders to be shipped internationally may not be placed via our WebStore due to address limitations and/or import/export regulations in certain countries.

Shipping to APOs and FPOs
Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post. US Military and Government employees or contractors should contact us for special pricing and priority shipping information. We're all retired military here at Glacier Tek, Inc. and we take good care of our own.
