Ordering from our WebStore
Glacier Tek / Coolvest.com makes ordering our cool vests on the web
easy. To order a product online, select "Add to Cart" listed on any
product information page. To view or update the contents of your
cart during your visit, select "View Cart" or "My Shopping Cart" from
the web site navigation menu. The shopping cart page includes the
option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
After the items
you want have been added to your cart, select "Checkout Now" from
the shopping cart navigation menu. You must create an account to
purchase online, however all personal information is secure and will
not be shared or sold to any third parties.
During checkout, you
will be asked to provide your billing address, shipping address and
credit card information. Be sure to review your information prior
to final checkout. Click "submit order" to receive confirmation of
your order, including an order number and email summary. Do not click “submit
order” more than once. It may take a minute to process depending
upon internet congestion, but one click is all it takes.
As a registered
member of coolvest.com, you may login to your account using your
email address and password to view your order history, order status,
wish list and personal profile. Most orders are processed and shipped
within 1 to 2 business days. You will be notified by email or telephone
of any problems experienced in processing your order.
Making Changes
or Canceling Your Order After an Order Has Been Placed or Sent to
Us
If you need to make any changes to or cancel your order after you
have sent it, please call Customer Service at 1-800-482-0533. Please
note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place
it, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.
Payment
Payment options are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express. Other forms of payment may sometimes be acceptable, but
only when ordering through our Customer Service Representatives.
Insurance
Reimbursement
Some insurance companies cover all or part of qualifying
purchases of our RPCM cooling vests, classifying them as durable
medical goods. We do not describe our product as a medical product
and make no medical claims. It is your responsibility to file with
your insurance company if you wish to seek reimbursement for your
purchase. Many customers have had success using the CPT code E-1399,
Durable Medical Equipment.
Returns
We will happily refund the purchase
price of the merchandise, plus applicable sales tax, for any items
that do not satisfy you. We will issue a credit to your account/credit
card for items that are returned in accordance with our return policy.

Availability
We try our best to fill all orders within 48 hours.
Sometimes despite our best planning, we underestimate demand and
certain items are temporarily out of stock. Prior to the completion
of your order, we’ll let you know
if an item is on back-order and will be delayed or if it is no longer
available. We also reserve the right to limit quantities based on
merchandise availability.
If we are temporarily out of stock, you
can backorder an item by prepaying (including shipping). When the
product is in stock, we’ll automatically ship it to you. |
