Order Fulfillment Schedule
Orders are typically fulfilled within one business day!
Large orders for bulk product may require additional fulfillment time.
Orders received after 12pm Central U.S. time are processed the following business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next regular business day.

The Glacier Tek Store's checkout process will provide you with additional shipping options for faster delivery. If for any reason these options are not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
- 3 Day Select - Arrives at the end of the day, 3 business days after the day it ships out.
Example: Ships on Tuesday, arrives on Friday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Wednesday etc. - 2nd Day Air - Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out.
Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Wednesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Tuesday etc. - Next Day Air - Arrives by the afternoon on the next business day after the day it ships out.
Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Tuesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Monday etc. - If Saturday delivery is desired, note that additional charges may apply.
International Orders and/or Shipping Outside of the U.S.
Glacier Tek cooling vests are in use in over a dozen countries worldwide!
While we frequently ship Internationally, International Orders cannot always be placed via our online store due to address limitations and/or import/export regulations in certain countries.

- Please note that import taxes and brokerage fees are charged in some countries and Canadian provinces. We do not collect these fees; you are responsible for paying them when you receive shipment.
We do not ship to the following countries (except to verified U.S. concerns therein, subject to verification by the resident U.S. Embassy in that country.)
Exemption: We ship to U.S. Military/Federal end users anywhere in the world via USPS Military Mail Service.

Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post (USPS). U.S. military and government employees or contractors should contact us for special pricing and priority shipping information.
